Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – We recognize that unresolved personal problems can affect your sense of well-being. However, many personal problems can be resolved if they are recognized early and given appropriate attention. Some examples of what our EAP covers are, but not limited to:
- Marital or family problems
- Financial/legal difficulties
- Balancing work/life situations
- Emotional or stress related problems
- Drug or alcohol abuse
- Problems related to work

IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENT: Penn Line is notifying employees that the company is no longer required to send Form 1095-C to all eligible (full-time) employees. This is an IRS tax form used by employers to report compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The form reports information about offers of health coverage to employees. If you would like a copy of your Form 1095-C, you may request that it be provided to you 30 days after the date of your request or by January 31, 2026, whichever is later.
