Forest Construction Company performs work under the jurisdiction of the United Mine Workers of America. The company was organized in 1955 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Penn Line Service. It has maintained a steady workforce of approximately fifty employees since that time. 

     Forest Construction Company employees are qualified to build distribution and transmission power lines and substations as well as install and remove bore hole cables, pump sediment ponds and install communication lines, along with right-of-way clearing, mowing, and maintenance work for the mining industry. We have an approved MSHA number and many of our employees are MSHA certified and regularly attend safety and technical update classes.
